For me in the beginning it was difficult with my left hand. But after some experience while typing now am OK with both the hands.Majority of the people whom I know who have not gone for any coaching are very much comfortable with their right hands. What about you mylotters?

Oh I thought you were not using the fingers...lolz...so you have lots of experience in typing as you have learnt very much early. Now being part of this MYLOT you might even get to type a lot in quantity & faster.

I am comfortable with bothe the hands while I type and I am not a trained typist,so I don't us the asdfg technique. However I can type pretty fast since I have ben using computers for a long time and my work involves using a computer and writing lots of codes. I do realis that I use my right hand to do 60% of the typing and the other 40% is done by my left. I can also type pretty much not seeing the keyboard now.

Yes i am comfortable. I can type pretty fast using both hands without really looking at the keyboard. I never had formal training in typing but i can say my typing is and accurate too! I can type any characters from all angles. Maybe my speed developed due to constant chatting before. I would chat for hours on a regular basis so i guess i got used to it.

Hi, Of course, I am really comfortable with typing with both my hands. The only problem is now, I make a huge amount of mistakes because I try and increase my typing speed, but it gets really hard once you can type more than 60 words per minute. If you are starting out, I highly recommend everyone to learn how to touch type. If you have started already to touch type, don't worry if you type really slowly. I remember when I started to touch type, I could only type about 10 words per minute because I had to think where all of the keys were. Now after a couple of years I don't even need to think where any of the keys are, now I can concentrate on what I have to say, not where the letters are. So if you touch type, but really slowly, it is better to touch type slowly, than to type fast and look at the keyboard. I learned that from experience over the past couple of years. Hope someone finds this post useful!

I can't sing, I can't dance but I am very good -- and very fast -- at typing. Lol! I use both hands and my fingers are always at the right keys. I also type without looking at the keyboard. We had typing class in highschool and for some time, when I was younger, I dreamed of being a writer. Thus, I was always writing stories using a very noisy typewriter Lol! and then later using computer. That is why I type fast. Have a nice day!

Actually, I am comfortable using just several fingers of both my hands. It makes me type faster.
