What is the deal?

So what is the deal with the new tasks thingie here on mylot? Has anyone done any? I only have one showing up in the available list and it doesn't interest me at all since I don't live in New York. Hope they get more interesting ones and doable ones.

I don't have any tasks showing today. Yesterday I did have one for some toolbar I didn't want. It probably needs a few weeks to build momentum but I don't really care so much about making money here on Mylot so I haven't looked into it.

I saw the toolbar task as well and thought that I would give it a shot I am quite good at detecting spyware and maleware and researched the toolbar a little and figured what the heck I do a few searches on it then ultimately uninstall it. However when I tried to select the download button all that I ever got was page not found error.

I am wondering if the tasts are based on your interests? I have several on my mine. But, I have only one and it was rejected. I did what I thought it was asking for, but evidently it wasn't what they were asking for. It was a graphics task..research this school I'd never heard of and find their logo and then make it a certain size. I was thinking of giving it another shot, but I haven't decided yet.

I too saw about this new "tasks"....and as of now,it shows no available tasks. I too have the same question....Is it like a paid survey?

Hey sweet! I live in NY and I can't do them because they are not for my area! At least you are doing well with your selling! Congrats! I wouldn't worry about this task thing. It seems like the people that have done them say that it is very time consuming and not worth the effort. So I wouldn't give it too much thought!
