Hi! I think you have to be careful about your potassium levels... you should look into that before you make it into a daily habit. If we have bananas that are on the very of going bad, I make them into bread or cupcakes and it saves me from throwing food away.

One or two is the most for me when I have and when I want. It will cause constipation if you will have too much of it and if you won't hydrate yourself as well. Although banana had more minerals and vitamins in it than apple, this another reason why I switched to it, but the constipation thing is the problem.

If you count chocolate covered bananas, then maybe a whole one, but I have a hard time eating a whole banana otherwise. It reminds me of James Michener's book Hawaii in which he describes a woman who had to eat a lot of bananas on the boat while she was nauseated. My favorite way to eat bananas is frozen...with chocolate and peanut butter.

i just can;t eat more bananas at a time. if it is big i will eat one only and if it is small i will eat 2,3 in a day. but daily i won;t eat bananas .i feel that bananas will increase weight,so sometimes only i eat . if i eat,i only eat single banana like in photo.in our country,we have small breed bananas also.i like its taste more,than big bananas. my husband can eat more bananas in day. he can eat 3,4 in a day. but now,as he is overweight,he is not eating now.

Bananas? Blech!! I used to like bananas when i was little, but I think I ate too many of them. Not only was I chronically constipated, but to this day, I can't even stand the site of them, and the smell of them will make me absolutely sick. LOL My husband loves them, but the last time we had any in the house, we got fruit flies.

Well,i`ve tried to eat 5 bananas one day then it nearly made me hard to breath!I called my mother(she is a doctor) and told her about my feeling ,she said that the banana contains more kailum which could not eat more oneday,if eat more,it may hurt your heart possibly.So 2-3 bananas is suitful to you.

generally i am not intested in eating any fruits.i like only juices only. if i eat i eat 2 bananas only in a day that to if they are small. if big ones,i eat 1 only . Wow, banana! whatever the size will be, i can eat more than six bananas a day! This fruit is my all time favorite. I can survive a day without having any food aside for this bananas and i think i can spend a few days happily just by eating only bananas hehehe...

I don't like them. Really don't like. But once I had half a dozen just because I loved them then. Actually they make me heavy and unstable, that's why I avoid them. But they are good to eat. I guess you are frowning because they would go bad and in this process they had got near_to_bad when you ate them?

hi wondericequeen , my dear freind, i love bananas. but now i have stopped eating bananas becasue of my gain in weight after pregnanacy. i have so much of fat all around my waist that i feel really very shy to wear dresses that i use to love some time back. it is depressing at times. banana is very good for health and skin. it is good for a face pack also. i dont eat it now, once in 15 days i eat the small size banan that is sugar free. but not that big huge one. i really love eating bananas. i use to start my day with a banana and a glass of milk. my hubby too use to take the same. but not now.

I usually take in 1 or 2 bananas a day. It's not because I like it so much but simply because there are a lot of bananas in our place. It is also not expensive. Unlike other fruits which are not so accessible and are quite hard to secure. Mangoes are also common but are quite expensive. So most often, I would take in Banana and from time to time eat some mangoes or apple.

ya this is a nice fruit to take in the night times..most of the people will take in the night times..so i can take only one in a day..else two..thats all..i cant take it more than that..but my dad will take much..near ten..or more than that..it too in the night time..happy mylotting
