Accect or denied?

About a month ago I got a friend request from someone with a scary name and a terrifying avatar. I looked at the profile page and wasn't impressed. That member of My Lot made me feel uneasy. I had to deny the friend request and that experience has made me be more careful when accepting new friends. I have just accepted five new friends on My Lot. Before accepting I looked at their profile pages to see what sort of interests they have. They are all normal and decent people. Most members of My Lot have specific interests that might not be the same as mine and they also like general topics like 'life'.

Normally I also don't disappoint any one coimg to me for friendship unless I find the person too repulsive to me! For that I make it a rule to check the profile of the person and few topics of discussions which he/she iniiated and also which he/she responded! This gives a fair idea about the person and the tasye of the person! I also check other friends he is having the quality and the quantity too ! So far I must have given disapproval to very few people who I can count on my fingers , other wise I normally accept most of them coming to me as friends! Thanks for inititainfg such a nice topic!
