It's past midnight, husband is asleep after a drinking spree with my brother, and I am wide awake. I turned on the TV to watch Housed MD Season 2 and waited for sleep to come. I felt wide awake, so I got up again and turned on my computer and do Mylot, while watching TV. I still feel wide awake. Now, I am brushing my hair, writing this post and watching House. I hope sleep will come soon.
What about you? What do you when you already want to sleep but still feel wide awake?

I mylot. Though it usually takes me a while for that sleepy feeling to come on.
Back when I was a teenager I used to sit back in my dad's old recliner and read a good book. The next thing I knew I would be so sleepy I'd pass out right in it! It worked every time! I sure got in some good naps that way, even though I wasn't really tired to begin with. Go figure! LOL
Happy mylotting!

I never considered multi-tasking as a way to fall asleep. I think it would keep me awake a lot longer if I multi-task. But then again, I am the type that has no trouble sleeping, I can just lie in bed and be asleep in the next minute hehehe

When ever I can't sleep I usually can start to read a book and fall asleep or I drink my Mexican Hot Chocolate. Or, if that don't work then I can drink some of the Apple Cider Air-born that helps you sleep. And, if I can not sleep finally I take some Tylenol night time and that always make's me sleep. But, really my Mexican Hot Chocolate works 99% of the time.
