Clams or Oysters - Clams or Oysters are shellfish. Called filter feeders, oysters and clams eat plankton. By pumping water through their bodies, the mollusks strain the microscopic organisms through their gills, which act as sieves.
I have never tried Clams or Oysters what do they taste like?

Clams are a bit sweeter than oysters. Oysters have a distinct taste

I ate oysters fried for a long time before I tried one raw. I was surprised how much I liked them
