Why remove Coffee Post ?

Last night I posted an ordinary discussion about coffee, whether people prefer Instant or Filtered Coffee going into a little depth what I prefer. Within 30 mins I had received 4 replies and was quite pleased with myself and went to answer the first one, and it came up that the discussion had been removed. I even checked my email, and found all the responses that people had written there, but no discussion is to be found. Now if I had broken some sort of rule I could understand, but I checked back a few pages and there were no similar discussions, although lots of other discussions all the same about Starbucks and McDonalds Coffee. So if anyone has any idea, why a discussion on coffee should be removed so quickly, as I say within about 30 minutes, please enlighten me.

It's probably that someone else who started a coffee discussion is jealous that you're getting the responses he wanted to get. Jealous trolls are a problem. Just go on. This thread will get even more answers than the instant or ground post you made.

You are probarly right on that, its just that it infuriated me at the time, when you see so many posts and discussions the same and I took the time to see if it had already been asked recently, but what the heck, doesn't matter know, but its good to get it out of the system. Happy MyLotting

I started or posted in a coffee discussion several months ago. I can't remember which. My coffee making is quite a long process. I roast my own beans in a 100 year old roaster. I do this every week. Then after they cool, I have to grind just enough for a pot or cup. It's a chore, but I get really good coffee that way.

I think they should have at least sent you a message telling you the reason why your post was closed so that you would know for future posts. I do not see any reason why it would be closed if it was not inappropriate or off-topic. Good luck with your search for answers.

I know, I wish they would at least give some sort of reason, although they never do, as its frustrating, especially when you have received the responses in your email, and you think Huh ?
