Night workers

What do you do to stay awake if your shift isn't busy? I do a couple of things. First, I refuse to sit in a comfortable chair like a rocker, recliner or soft sofa. I take a dinning table chair. I sit near or under a light and bring my laptop just in case they don't have a TV..I still use it if the TV is on unless permission to use is not granted. Coffee doesn't help me. It warms me up and makes me sleepy. Then I make sure I have the tall can of energy drink.

I dont feel sleepy at nights i stay awake for a long time, for me it make be coffee, a soft bed, anything but it doesnt make me feels sleepy even after a tiring day. i suffer from insomnia just because of a weight loss medicne i take.i then sit with my laptop on my bed itself whole night till there is slight blue outside a indication of beginning a day and thn i sleep for 3 or 4 hours get up go college if not college then i be at home again mylot or study.

Taking a weight loss pill late in the day will keep you awake. Your body well need to get rest. Take care of yourself.
