Racing the sun.

Just yesterday I went out to take some pictures and ended up with some really great shots. I had to race the sun to get them. It actually made it kind of fun. I got home and grabbed my camera and headed for the spot I wanted with my boyfriend in tow - he had no clue where we were going. Have you ever raced the sun? Did you make it fun? Or did you not like it so much?

That's a really nice picture. And the sun sets a lot faster than most people think.

It makes an already fun hobby even more fun. Plus pictures with the sun in them are breathtaking almost every time.

The sunset is beautiful but sunrise is nice too. I am a night owl so I usually see the sunrise where the sunset I'm usually inside hanging out with some friends. Sunset is really nice for pictures though.

Yeh! it is fun. The time before sun rise and sun set is a great time to shoot other objects too because then you get perfect lighting too.

Yeah. The spot that I really wanted was under a bridge of ice separating and I had to get to it before the sun went down. It was a blast.
