I've been taking fiber capsules for a while now and this is the first time this ever happened to me. While I was responding on myLot discussions (after taking my capsules), I burped... then some smoke came from my mouth... It was the fiber capsules. One somehow got stuck in my throat and decided to shed its capsule coating. I almost threw up. My throat still burns because of the fiber content that's still stuck there.
