I usually sleep for 6-7 hours. If it's a holiday then 8-9 hours[:P]. Doctors say the more you sleep, the lesser tension your mind will take? So, for how many hours you sleep per day? Whenever I'm on internet at late night, then I just forget to sleep[:P]...but the next day, I feel so much tired and sleepy. So what about you? share it...

I sleep anywhere from 5 to 10 hours a day. It all depends on if I got to bed. Now that I'm laid-off I get up later and go to bed at the same time but feel better. As I'm supose to get 10 hours of sleep a night. I have a disorder that demands that much sleep. I feel better when I get enough sleep. I'm not as crabby and I can think better. You have a good day.

I sleep around 8 hours every night. If I don't do that then the following day I really do pay for it.

I usually get around 5 or 6 hours of sleep. However I notice that on the days when I get that little an amount of sleep I am not as productive and I am not really in a good mood, etc. On the days where I get around 8 or 9 hours of sleep I feel well rested, energetic, and I am in a generally great mood! My problem is that I have 4 kids and I just don't have enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to do, therefore I stay up late at night to do my stuff and have my "me" time. Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I sleep about 7 but a lot of that is tossing around trying to get comfortable. After awhile my legs hurt and wake me up so I turn over then about an hour later I have to turn over again. Leg cramps wake me up too. I don't sleep well, I'm always exhausted. Sorry, I'm whiny today.

it really depends. but on average, i sleep about 8 - 9 hours daily. I just do. My biological clock would only "wake" me up once my 9 hours is up. and my sleeping hours are not the normal. I sleep at 4 - 5 am and wake up at around 1pm - 2pm. It's not very healthy in my point of view. And a chain i intend to break.

Sleep is very important for a person, male female of any age. 6-7 or 8-9 hours, depending upon age and physique is alright. It is generally seen that people who gets addicted to internet surfing generally tend to ignore their sleep. In the beginning it does not have much effect on their health but after an year or two it starts bringing in problems like eye problem, shoulder pain, back pain, diminishing of grip etc. One has to be very very careful about rest and sleep. People should understand that there is next day always and internet is always every time, 24/7 available. As far as surfing is concerned, one should set a fixed time after which one should leave computer table mercilessly.

Previously, I had been working in the night shift for around four years. I had been used to sleep during the weekends because I needed money and I used to do home trans for another company. Now a days, I had stopped working in the home trans and I am working only in the dayshift and sleeps during the night. Now a days, I sleep around 6 to 8 hours a day and I feel like heaven finding a good sleep during night.
