Should there be any educational criteria for politician

Hi friend i don't know much about the political scenario of other country but i know about my country INDIA. Here ministers who rules state or country are even not well educated. Like Rabri Devi in bihar, Achutaynandan in Kerala, karia munda, shibu soren in jharkhand and in many provinces so much MLAs ,MPs are even not high school passed out. So you can imagine How much accurate and effective ideas they can put in the development of INDIA. Most of the corruption in INDIA is due to politician. i think one solution is that if politician have to pass few exams like UPSC or atleast have to be degree holder then something good can be done to make our country more progressive what you people suggest?
