I have already had my holiday this year. I went to Cape Town and the Garden Route in South Africa with my toddler son. We enjoyed seeing Table Mountain, the penguins at Boulder's Beach, the botanical gardens and Camp Cove. We went on a safari for a couple of hours and saw many wild animals. The weather was warm and sunny. I am now saving up to go to Canada in 2010.

That was a great vacation with your kid. I hope you could get enough for 2010 holiday. I am planning to go back to Bangkok before the year 2009 ends. I wan to buy some plants for my collection. I was not able to go around the city that much. This time I am planning to stay there for a longer time.

No, I'll be just at home with my family. Out of town is the far I could get.

There are times where in we can spend our holiday in our own place. I have done that a lot of time. I spent some of my holidays in our town and it was really great to be with friends and family having picnic at the backyard of our house or setting up a tent to pretend you are in another place.

You are right there are so many beautiful places to visit in the Philippines. The very big problem is safety and security. There are so many kidnappiing issues in the Philippines. I hope the government will do something to kidnapping issues. I am sad that I need to visit other's places just to feel secure during my holiday.
