You should try getting an exercise ball to sit on while you are on the computer and don't stay in bed, put the computer on the desk and bounce around on the ball to get some exercise while you are still online. I am a member of a website called sparkpeople.com you could include that site in your daily internet surfing and help use it to motivate you to eat right, exercise, and lose weight.

Definitely go for a walk. It'll give your eyes a rest (from staring at the computer all day), work out your buns, legs, abs, and if you swing your arms up and down like crazy, you'll give your arms a good workout too!

What did you do before you became a couch potato? Maybe try that again.

I would say to start to ease your way back into it. If you set small, reasonable daily goals for yourself, it will come much more easily and more naturally to you than just trying to give up your bad habits cold turkey. Is there a physical activity you particularly enjoy like going for a walk or dancing? For starters, I would definitely advise to get your body moving by finding activities you enjoy - that way you can have fun and it won't feel like such a burden. Find the time of day you tend to function best and make some time for exercise. See how you do with that, and go from there. Be sure to try and eat healthy during the process. Also, having a friend to work out with is always nice... and encouraging. If it's possible, find someone who can work out with you. The key is setting goals for yourself and finding what motivates you and using that method to obtain those goals.

Well that is easy.... Put your laptop down and go for a walk,or easy jog,to start with...If you can get a trainer. With him or her pushing you, you will be exercise regularly and it should be safe for you... YOu just have to an action, and started.Soon you;ll see results.. Good luck..
