how to face the pain of living?

we are often tied living and suffered much pain,how to deal with this?what's your suggestions?

Just do yourself.What you should do is believing nothing is impossible.Although you are poor now,but you can be successful through your own effort.So keep optimistic and confidence.You'll overcome poverty in the future.Have a good luck.
