OK. In Christianity, there's god. In Muslim, there's Allah. Now since there's so many god's and religion, let me talk about two to limit our scope. First in Christianity. Christianity has miracles that's why their religion is considered to be strong, but so are the Muslims. I mean, if the Christians have miracles to prove their god is real and so are the Muslims... Then how the deuce can you tell who's real? (This goes for all religion not just Christianity and Muslims)

If we could ever tell who is god, then we would be god himself. It is not easy to prove there is air, it is not easy to prove there are feelings because we canot see them but they make us feel really good and satisfied within in our hearts. God is also a similar feeling which develops in our hearts, god is someone who gives reason for the leaf on the tree to wave when breeze flows, god is someone who helps us to realise when we are in love, god is the one who makes us walk on the right path when we are going wrong by making us fall down somewhere in between.it is not necessary that we should see everyting in order to believe, but it is necessary how we think and accept the unseen things to be real and similarly observe how they change our lives.

Hello. You're right. It is not necessary that we should see everything in order to believe, and that it is necessary how we think and accept the unseen things to be real and similarly observe how they change our lives. And so I always ask: "Do you believe in god?" Of course, almost everyone does. "Do you know if there is god?" Hmm...

Forget religion. There is only one 'God'. Different people have different ways of imagining the concept, that is all. Religions are made by man for men.

Hmm... Well said... If so... Why don't all religious leaders just give up their religions and say this to other religious leaders and spread it out to the world. As you know oneness is unity. And when there's unity, there is peace. ^_^

there are even polytheistic religion, atheist and those one that believe that gods come from human fears. I just don't want to waste my time on questioning myself if a god exists or not and how it can be. That wouldn't change anything.

Hi owlwings, I'd like to say firstly, that I agree with everything you just said. It really is the truth about religion and I'm glad someone else has seen it my way as well. The "god" that people talk about is just an idea to make people think twice before committing a crime, or talking smack to someone. All that "god" will ever be is a reminder in the back of someone's head.

Personally, my Dad raised us as Muslims..my Mums religious background, is Church of England.. So to be honest.. Im not sure- Its always baffled me..If God exists..Why cant I see him/her? Why cant I hear them? I believe in what I see and can actually support with fact.. I do believe there is a higher power of some kind.. so who knows?..
