How to request payout in MAKEMONEYKINGDOM?

I don't know how to request payout in makemoneykingdom (MMK). Because i didn't see any option for a cashout. I know that a lot of mylotters are getting paid by MMK.
So please share with me.

Go to the home page of MMK and you will find a link there to cash out. The rates have changed now and the minimum payout is US$ 2.50. You will have to earn 1000 gold coins to cash out. You will get 4 gold coins for threads, 3 gold coins for replies and 25 gold coins for active referrals (min 3 posts).

I haven't heard about this site before.
Would you please elucidate what this site is all about, what one has to do to make money, and how much money can be made?
Have you checked out whether the site is a scam? There are many sites that promise many things but only a few sites keep up their promises.
Regarding payout, it could also be that payments are credited automatically once they become due. Check the FAQ/Help section of that website and you will most probably have an answer
