For the First time of my life I almost got Straight A's. I'm not going to lie it's extremely hard getting straight A's. In my last report card I got A A A A A A B C C I know I take 9 classes but it's not that hard it's easy to get an A but it's hard to keep one. My Goal is to get Straight A's wish the Best of Luck haha.. Has anyone got Straight A's Or Maybe Close to getting Straight A's

I was a C student way back when when I was in school. I hated school so it reflected in my work. 9 classes? Wow that's a lot. What classes are you taking if you don't mind me asking?

Only once. Usually I got all a's, and one b. Always got a b in math. Math was always my worst subject. And it wasn't even really the math. It was all the extra stupid stuff they wanted you to do. Like folders. Had to have a certain color folder, certain type, writing a certain way, had to have it in the order they wanted it. Yeah I have no idea what the freak that's got to do with math, but it caused me many bad grades.

I believe you can achieve this. When I went through school, I had a very hard time making all A's. In fact, I do not think I ever did until I reached college. I found out later that it was because of dyslexia. In college I took less classes per semester but got better grades and still hold the top grade in one of the medical transcription classes. That was well over five years ago. I have never felt that I had an excuse having the learning disability, I just knew I had to work harder and take less of a class load because of it. I felt so good when I was able to make good grades in college. That almost erased all the frustration from grade and high schools.

I'm a sophomore in highschool and I get mostly A's. I get a couple B's here and there, but nothing less. My freshman year I got mostly C's because I never really tried. But, then I realize my grades in school affect my entire life (where I go to college and my future job). Thinking about all of that motivates me you could say.

Congratulations to you and best wishes for reaching your goal of all As in the near future. I only did it once when I was in school, at least until I got to college, but I can still remember what a thrill it gave me. Keep up the good work!

I did until 3rd Grade.. Then The topic of Math got me.. Ruined my Streak the D's and Fs' for math started.. I never could get the hang of it and my 3rd grade teacher was a bad teacher had fun teaching racism and mocking her students.. So I fell further and further behind as I struggled to catch up. I was a good student in all classes.. But I never could master math and algerbra... The teachers would frustrate me to and think I was not trying cause I was AB and Cs in everything else... What is weird with me is I was A's in science.... but I was D's and F's in math they could not understand how I understood enough math to stay up in science.. I think alot of it is because I was nicknamed Mother Nature so I studied well ahead enough in science in my spare time and found it fun and interesting... Math always mad me upset and angry I had to chew paper sometimes if gum was not allowed in class cause my teeth would hurt so bad from grinding them in math class as I struggled to understand it... Nearly did not graduate highschool because of the State Math Competency Test.. In the end I do not think its because I could not learn math. It's because the teachers refused to really spend the time to help me learn and understand it... - DNatureofDTrain

Yes I have gotten straight A's. Like you said, it is hard work to get straight A's but it pays off in the end. If you keep working hard it will all pay off for all the hard work you did.

Good luck! lol. I have gotten straight A's many times and at my school it is almost the end of the third marking period so that means were getting a report cards and I'm very confident that I will get straight A's yet again. But there is this one class that I may get a B in.

Not until college. I found out it's not so hard when you don't have a life haha. But really, looking back I wouldn't have traded the fun times for anything while in high school. Sometimes it doesn't mean that much to get the grades when you have to give up life. especially if it's not going to change your IQ level anyways. Anyone can make good grades if they put their mind to it. I have learned three things while in school: 1. Hard work is not the same as being smart. 2. Working too hard is not being smart. 3. But being a hard worker is more valuable than being smart.

It's hard to get straight A's in my country, each year we have only 5-10 candidates can get straight A's in public examination, the standard is setting up high and not many people can reach that high level. I almost got straight A's when I was in high school.
