I discovered a natural way to lose weight

When you are in an unfamiliar place,living with unfamiliar people. Tendency is you don't feel comfortable doing the old things that you do. You can't sleep the whole day becuase you'd think about how they'd think about you. You can't eat more because you are concerned about whether there is enough left for other people. You can't ask somebody to do things for you so you had to do it yourself, walking and running are part of doing errands. Unknowingly,you are losing weight because you get to curb your diet and sleep and became more pgysically active by walking. Try it, I lost 2 kgs in a month without starving myself nor doing strenuous exercise.

I definately don't think adding stress to your daily life is a good way or healthy way to loose weight. Exercise and proper diet have long been said to be the best way to maintain a healthy weight. As well as the right amount of sleep. Doing things such as you said, parking out further to walk to the grocery store, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc can all add exercise to your daily life and aid in weight loss. Do you think one question, after you acquaint with the people and the surrounding you didint familiar before, the weight will come back, person cannt in order to lose the weight move from the place to another.

I also agree that when we are in unfamiliar place and with unfamiliar people we will be stressed out and we tend to loose weight more. Nothing is better than home and sweet home. I think stress do play a big part in life in losing weight. Become physically active and keeping oneself always busy also helps to lose weight more.

I've noticed the same things at times when I've went to visit other ppl. We tend to eat much less, do more and watch our manners alot more. Perhaps more ppl need to develop a "visiting" mentality when at home. [b]~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**[/b]

ok,this is truely a good way to lose weight,but it's not good for your health I guess,you are in a uncomfortable condition during the period.

This is such a positive thing that has come from something that you could complain about. What a healthy way to approach a situation that may not be what you want or like. This is like a hidden treasure that you have found.
