I believe that high vitamins is useless if not use together with proper diet and lifestyle. However, many people believe that vitamins alone is already sufficient to take care of their health. What are your opinions on this?

I agree with you, if you take only vitamins and do not eat well and exercises you''ll get nowhere. Some takes them like candies, too much is not better, you have to have a good balance in everything. And boy there is so many kind of vitamins companies that when you go to shop for vitamins you better no which company is the best or else.

No I dont take vitamins these days. I want to take antioxidants or at least Vitamin E. The country's weather is usually warm so the sun can be pretty harsh. Added to that is I have very sensitive skin. Just a slight cut or nudge can cause a mark or a bruise.tsk3 Vitamins are supposed to be taken as a supplement and people really wouldnt function well if its only eaten alone. I mean sure the body might have lots of vitamins and nutrients because of capsules and other things but the body also need energy to do various work and keep up with the daily routine. One's diet might not be perfect but at least it helps us get through to the day.
