Do you go to bathroom before go to sleeping at night?

When you go to sleep at night, do you go to bath room? Actually i do this daily. I do not want that i wake up at night to do this. It is very distrubing for me to go to bath room while sleeping. So i go there before sleeping. Do you also do this before sleeping.

Normally i do, because if i dont that means i will need to wake up at the midle of the nigth and then try to catch up with the sleep.lol

Yes i do. It's better this way than to wake up and get up the bed just to pee in the middle of the night. Like you said, it is pretty disturbing. It's a total distraction for my sleep. That would really give me a hard time to go to sleep again. I don't want to be bothered so would go to the restroom at night before sleeping.

Yeah, i always do this. Before going to sleep i will brush my teeth, washing my face and pee. I don't want to wake up in the middle of the night, just because of wanting to pee. Ugh.. And when i got up from sleep,its hard to sleep back again. Its so annoying haha.
