A sixteen year old young man falls to his death. Trying to see the sunrise better 24 floors up. Parents are with him. here is a link to story. http://kstp.com/news/stories/S844296.shtml?cat=1 Police are investigating the death of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School teen, who fell from a Florida hotel balcony on Sunday. I feel so bad for his parents and family. to be on spring break and to have your son die. I don't know how I would handle it or if I could. They were sleeping at the time of his death. The police woke them. How sad and what a waste he was a great kid.

Well that's just awful. I can't imagine losing your child like that, and it is even worse that they were pretty much right there when it happened. How sad to be excited about vacation and then have something so tragic happen.

I couldn't even of think of something like that. My son is leaving for a guy trip and I'm worried but I'm not going to let him know as he is 19 and a young man. I will be happy when he gets home. He leaves this Friday. A bunch of 19 year old young men. You have a good day. Your friend onlydia

That is so sad. I don't know why a child that old would think that he could stack chairs on a balcony and not fall. I feel sorry for the poor parents. That is one of the worst things to go through in this life, losing a child.

I know how sad to find out that your son is gone but to wake up to the police at the door. He didn't think that is how that happened poor thing. I feel really bad for his parents as I know that it is hard to loose a child. But as over the years I have found out if they pass younger like my daughter it hurts but not as long. As with this young man they had 16 years to bond and love and hold. And now they have pic. and a huge hole in there hearts for now. Your friend onlydia. a little close to home.......

That is what I would think unless his parents told them not to leave the room. Unless they were with. He is from my State as a matter of fact he went to school about 3 miles from my house. It is so sad.

What a horrible and tragic event. I can't imagine how his parents feel. I can only pray for the soul of that young man whose life was cut short before it even began. I hope that his parents have lots of family and friends to give them comfort during this terrible time.
