have you ever taste a dish like this?

This is a dish of chinese food, named "hongshao paigu". it's made of pork chops. it taste very delicious. Have you ever taste like this in the chinese restraunt around you? ^_^

I haven't tried that dish but it seems similar to other Filipino dishes that we have here. Aside from pork chops, what are the other ingredients that make it special? Can you also name some dishes that similarly tastes like that hongshao paigu dish?

lol....maybe, because we all live in Asian countries, so our dishes are similar to each other.^_* the names of chinese dish are ever-changing, maybe there are a few names for the same dish. just like "hongshao paigu", "hongmen paigu", "jiangxiang paigu" and etc.

the chines restaurant is some of ma fyorites restaurant but cant remember this kind of food so i need to visit again and ordered it

I don't think I have tried this "hongshao paigu", but it looks delicious though and I'd like to try this one day! I like beef sechuan, but not too spicy. Actually I'm currently living in Egypt and it's very rare to see a restaurant that serves pork.
