How to adjust yourselves under a great stress?

in our daily life,some stress are caused from our work or life. when it is happened, how to solve it?how can we come out from our stress shadow?

There are several things that I do to relieve stress. All of the things that I do I enjoy doing on my spare time. I may read, watch a movie, do some meditation, relaxation, or breathing exercises, just to name a few things. And I can say that it certainly helps. Sometimes, it takes a little longer for the stress to go away, but it helps nonetheless. If you are looking for something to relieve stress, I'd suggest that you try to do something that you enjoy doing in your everyday life. It may not always possible to do, but when you can, at any rate.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
