TITANIC: Is it really a good movie or is it just too hyped up?

I watched Titanic 12 times and never regretted why I watched it many times. For me Titanic is one of the greatest films of all time in the world film making industry, it was an ambitious work which for a time seemed impossible to imagine, but director James Cameron did an excellent job. It was great and many people all over the world agree as it became the all time moneymaker of all time.

My daughter owns 2 copies of Titanic. I've been forced to sit through it a few times. She adores it. I admit it is a great movie. Great acting, special effects and so on. Once I've said that, it's too long and I still do NOT like it. I know it had great acting, but I could care less about the movie. It sank! So what? Move on to a different movie! It deserved the praise, but I don't see why that ship is such a popular thing. What makes it any different from any other ship that sank? I don't get it.

I loved this film, it is a film I could watch without getting tired of it. My hubby watched it with me one time and even he liked it and he is one of those that is only into matcho films hehe!! I just think it is a great film, and the fact that it has some great characters in it helps it be what it is.

Titanic is one of my favourite movie and its a all time classic. Be it the love story, special effects or the titanic song...movie rocked in all departments. Great treat for eyes of every cinemagoer !!!
