i have 3 beautiful little girls! after number 2 i worked my butt off and got down to 113lbs, bought a bikini and pierced my belly button. i was feelin sexy again! 4 months later i was pregnant again! i got so frustrated i threw away my bathing suite. my youngest is now 2 and im almost back.. im at 117lbs now (im only 5'1) my hubby insists that i look good enuf to wear a two piece again. i just feel to old now. i got my hair done with black and red streaks and i think thats wild enuf for mom. besides i think stretch marks from 3 kids and oh yeah, i got the muffin top ...yay... im not me anymore i guess.. im mom.. my kids are older now and i feel silly trying to be young and hip anymore.. am i crazy?

When I got pregnant with my first I was 115 pounds, I could wear whatever I wanted and look great in it. After I had my second son, I was 200 pounds!!!! Which is a whole lot for me, seeing as im 5 foot nothing! It took me 3 years but I am back down to 115 pounds again. However, I also ended up looking like a road map, the stretch marks are insane on me. But they dont bother me anymore, will I ever wear a 2 piece again? Nope. But I dont care, When you go from 115 pounds to 200, you appreciate your body so much more when you worked so hard to get it back. And dont forget, as women we have amazing bodies because we have brought all these beautiful babies into the world. You can be a mom and still be in fashion, I always borrow clothes from my mother because she has better clothes than I do! I am only 26, I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old, and I see a lot of girls my age walking around with the most amazing bodies, I do at times get a little envious, but when I look at my babies I remember how worth while it was. I see a lot of women who dont have any kids at all and are envious of the way that I look even after having 2 kids. Truth is, you are never quite satisfied with your body, its only after a dramatic change that you can appreciate yourself a whole lot more.

You can wear whatever you want as long as you feel good wearing it. Don't worry about what people think, there will always be those who have comments. I am still working off the muffin top from baby #2 and he is 4 now. So, we all go at our own pace. I can't wait to fit into all the clothes in my drawer. I keep buying things that are a size or two too small... as an incentive. By the way, cocoa butter (palmer's) or bio-oil are both great for fading stretch marks.

I think that you should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I weigh 115 lbs right now which is 12 lbs more then before I had kids. I dont have many stretch marks but the few that I do have make me feel very uncomfortable with people seeing my stomach. When I was pregnant my stomach popped out and after giving birth it never did go back to normal it looks very strange.
