I seldom respond to discussions in which I have no interest because i have less words to say about them. Do you consider having a try to respond to them?

No, I only respond to ones that catch my interest. Of course, lots of things catch my interest. I also talk a lot, apparently that is annoying to some people, but I really like to talk and type, and whatever else keeps me occupied at the time. I used to have a friend that would listen to me ramble on the phone for 3 hours about nothing or everything. I just don't know how much good it would do to give a response to something I'm not interested in.

Hi my1341, I don’t like to respond to any discussions which I am not interested at all. You know it’s quite boring and tired to try to write something related to discussions which couldn’t rouse my interest to read it while seeing the titles of them.
If the discussions are started by my friends who always have mutual interactions with one another, might be I would like spending extra time to read the contents of them, though they are not interested. Very often, after finishing reading them I find most of them are actually quite attractive and I suddenly have more ideas and feeling to share with the creators. I then will start typing response and submit it straight away.
Happy

The simple answer for me is NEVER. I guess there is point in responding to discussions that don't interest me as I may not be willing to carry forward the discussion if it moves into comments on responses.
It can get quite boring too considering the fact that there are a lot more discussions on various interests that actually spark my interest in them. I'm not here for money and hence would never respond to discussions just for the sake of it.
