American Idol is one of my favorite TV shows. This season, I think there are lots of crowd-favorite contestants. As for me, I like Danny Gokey, Adam Lambert, Anoop Desai, and Matt Giraud. What about you?

Oh, you can say that again! Like you, I'm also rooting for Danny Gokey. I've watched him since his audition ( he was with his best friend then who sings well, too, unfortunately, he did not make it to top 36 ). I liked him when he sang "A Kiss from a Rose" in acapella. However, he has to have a good stage presence. Somehow I think he's still kinda shy on stage. On the other hand, I also like Adam Lambert because he's already a packaged-artist: he's got good looks, good stage presence, his own personality and unique style, and very good and strong vocal range. I guess being on theater helped him a lot in developing himself as an artist. He doesn't even have to win the American Idol just to sign up for a record deal, I think. However, he goes overboard at times and kinda theatrical. ^_^

*sob* I liked Alexis. And I spent half an hour redialing her number so it's not my fault she got voted off. *sniff* I also like Danny, Adam, Alison Iraheta and Megan Joy Corkery. Alison reminds me a lot of Hayley Williams from Paramore and Hayley's one of my favorites.

Allison reminds me of Kelly Clarkson. I think one of the judges said that in her audition, too. I liked her when she sang "Alone" in the elimination.. Megan Joy somehow looks like Reese Witherspoon, I think (but that's got nothing to do with singing ^_^). Anyways, I liked Alexis in the previous week. She mellowed down in the 'country song' week and I don't know why. I didn't like Adam's 'Ring of Fire'. It really sounded weird, although he's got incredible vocal range.
