My doc has me squeeze a stress ball regularly and when its really bad I have to wear wrist braces...sitting at the computer and typing etc you should be positioned properly as well..

I do the squeeze ball method too. I'm a graphic artist and I'm always on the computer. you can position ur so much. it still hurts.

Hi Raven, that does help sometimes, I usually take my hands and stretch them out, that makes it feel better too! How are you I hope all is well with you!

Go and gert some Vitamen B. orsome Flexso. or do neck exersise, this Doctor mention it today in T.v.
