Does mylotting interfere with your job?

Hi fellow mylotters 
. Id just like to know if there are persons on here who've experienced any of these Mylot related occurrences.
Do you find that you stay up too late trying to mylot so much that you do not get enough sleep?
Do you find yourself stealing a moment or two on the internet at work to some mylotting?
Do you catch yourself thinking of mylot when you should be concentrating on some other task you have to do?
If you do then what if anything do you plan to do about it?
Feel free to mention anything I may not have mentioned.

Since the time I started with myLot it never interferes with my function at work and the reason is because we are not allowed to access this kind of forum at work. Worse at my new job, there isn't any internet but only intranet. On the other side, it just fine and alright since work is busy when it starts. While at home, I used most of my time in the internet and myLot is part of it. When I am online I always do a multi tasking work, jumping from one site to the other. So there are so many factors that would let me spend more time awake and render small time to sleep yet I am not straining myself to the point it will affect my job the following day.
