Dogs are smart, thats true. but wait until you hear this:Fish are actually much smarter than the dogs says scientist at oxford university found that fish can learn quicker than dogs-they are fast learners, carry mental maps around in their heads, and can retain memories for months... do you believe this???? would you want to change your pet dog to a fish????

I can believe it to a certain extent, do you know what types of fish were tested? It's just that I know some fish aren't so smart, take goldfish for example, they only have a 3 second memory span.

if that's what the study says, so be it.. even though fishes might be smarter than dogs, i would not change my dog to a fish as my pet, since dogs are very loving, and they know if a person is well or not, happy or sad and etc.. i am relieved of my stress when i play with my dog.. it's a man's best friend...

Yes, dogs are smart and there is truth to this statement "if your dog has a black roof in his mouth, he is smarter than the average dog." And yes, I do believe fish are smarter than some dogs...not all dogs, only some, especially if the fish you are referring to is human. And no, I would not want to change my pet dog to a fish, as I like my fish just the way they are....they are smart afterall, as that is something you already established in your post.
