What changes should Roger Federer make?

I felt very sad when I learnt that Roger was defeated by Andy murray in Indian Wells on Saturday. I do think that Roger should make some necessary changes to compete against those younger players such as Murray and Rafa. Roger has lost stablity in his skills, expecially his backhand shooting often make unforced errors. And also, his physical power seem to have declined due to the mono disease since last year. So what changes do you think Roger Federer should make to regain his glorious past? Need a coach or whatever things?

i have seen roger play recently and when he's not playing nadal he seems to play well it's pretty rare he gets beat by anyone other then nadal. it has been good for the sport for nadal and federer to be going at each other in the grand slams all the time but it would be nice for federer to win once in a while it seems that nadal has his number in the finals and nadal's best tournament is the next grand slam the french open.
