What is your favorite type of omlette?

I am making omlettes tonight for dinner, and I wanted to make mushroom and swiss. It made me think - is that really what I want? I could make a sausage omlette, or peppers, or just garlic and cheese. What kind of omlette do you like the best? Have you ever had asparagus in an omlette? I know I have some at home in the fridge, but I don't know if it would work in an omlette.

I love omlettes! My favorite is a western omelette. I like to put cheese, mushrooms, onions and mixed sweet peppers in mine. I don't make omelettes that often, but I do love them. Oh..I also like egg white omelettes without the yolks, those are pretty good too. I have never made an asparagus omelette, but I have made one with spinach and they are delicious! I am positive that asparagus would work in your omelette! YUMMY :)
