how often is often enough to do "it"? is it normal for married couples who have been together for years to go a month or more without?

we have been married nine years and try at least twice a week. There are times it is only once. We seem to get on the same plane on the weekend, maybe due to no work, school or rushing around like during the week. I would say about 6 times a month on average.

to me maybe 2 to 3 time a month ,so is really depend. we don't ask , we just feel we do .. i think is all about feel i can said.
