NO. this is illegal..in the united states at least. I think once you reach a certain age it doesnt really matter but that age is up in the 40's. When you are 16 it is such a crucial age and its extremely different then being an adult and living your own life. I think that in no case a 16 year old girl should be dating a 33 year old man. I know a lot of people would agree with me. This 16 year old needs to test the waters and date people her age before she commits to a serious relationship.
