how much old friendship u have

I have a best friend that I met when I was in high school. We bonded always especially on weekends right until after college when I have to work quite far from our hometown. We are in the same community so our parents know each other and meet up quite often during parties. They have several common friends too. Now, we always talk through chat. Sometimes he'd call or send an sms. During vacation I make sure we meet up, talk and do the old stuff.

I have one friend that I have had since I was 5. we are 54. We went to school together and lived in the same neighborhood for a long time. We rarely see each other or talk, but we do send Christmas cards each year. I have others I have known for over 30 years. We belong to the same sorority, that is not a college group, and 3 of us have been together since we joined in 1973. I also have a very close friend who I have known since I can't remember when........for at least 30 years. She is a close friend of the family and she and I have bowled together for many, many years, and her mother and sister were my babysitters at one time. At one time our families played bunco together once a month.
