I started using the Jergen's Natural glow lotion. I am mixed about this. Even though I get a nice glow to my skin it has that smell...oooohh that smell...you know not the usual regular smell good lotion smell. But more like that kind you get when you use tanning lotions. So I put it on at night, make sure it is dried and then hopefully wake up in time to shower before work...otherwise you get that look like your skin in dirty...sounds gross huh? I noticed that yesterday....
So tell me your self tanner stories...you like or not like them?

I've used those lotions when I was younger, but always ended up with orange lines around my hands, ewe yuck! lol....
I have bought some of teh natural glow and end up with streaks over a few days of using it, so I stay away from them as much as I can because it appears I am a sunless tanning lotion misfit, lol.

Nah, I just get out in the sun and make my freckles start holding hands until I get tan.

I like to use tanning lotions but I only use them when I go out on the beach.
It gives me a reddish-brown tan after the day

definitely not.
why would I want to make my skin look like it was sun damaged?
after all, a tan is sun damage, and a fake tan is pretend sun damage.
in fact, I try and keep my skin as pale as I can, which is tricky as I am part Spanish.
pale skin is more beautiful, and healthier looking.

I really do not like self tanning lotions. I know that tanning beds aren't good for you, but like right now, I'm using them anyways to tan for my wedding. My past experience with tanning lotions was that I could never get them on EXACT and EVEN. It drove me crazy. And you're right - so make you look dirty! I'd rather just not bother with them.
