He ladies and Gents,
I am working 10 hours grave yard shift. My job is wonderful and the best out there, I could not complain. But here's the thing, I work with NEGATIVE POWER around with this particular person. I mean, there is so much negativity with this person. Here's the story, she come in every night storming that door, slamming and dropping her stuff hard on the floor. When she logged in she swears, kicked the chairs, and start to whine all night. She start to say 'BLAH this and BLAH that with profanity every other words followed with F*** this and F**** that.' Now we as a co-worker do not know her situation at home. We do not want to know anyways. So if she is mad about her life she should not take it to work and have her coworker get affected by her action. It has been 1 year since she got hired and we are all so sick and tired of her complaining and whining about every little bitty things. Okay granted we all have those days but gGeez not every single day!
So to make it short what I want, if anyone can tell me the proper constructive criticism to tell her without ever hurting her feelings. Of course, if it doesn't stop I may need to talk to my Boss about this. But this lady has 2 kids a single mom.
I do not want her to get fired just because of this. I just need a better way, I like her and I dont feel grudge against her. Is just I dont understand why she thinks she has to swear and kick and showing inappropriate behavior. I dont know what it is that she want? What she's getting after swearing, cursing, yelling NOTHING NADA!, RIGHT? So please this bad behavior is getting into me and I can not concentrate at work. Because of her negativity the whole crew at night was labeled with her negativity.
Anyone can help me with this one, I appreciate it if you could create one for her and one for my Boss. Thanks in advance.

You cannot change this person, and if you could it would not be the right thing to do. It's her life, and she is living it as she sees fit. However there is one thing you can do in a circumstance like this. Before you leave home to go to work, sit and clear your mind. Think positively for a few minutes, and then mentally wrap yourself in White Light. Negative thoughts cannot get through the White Light that is surrounding your body, and you will get through your shift still enveloped in White Light.
