I don't think there would be a complete come back after cleaning. However you can use total copy software for recovering your data from the scratched cd and copy it to hard disk, so that you can make a new one. Thanks

i've seen a few ways to repair them: u could use peanut butter and wash it with coke. i know it's a bit radicale, but it just might work. another way, is to use toothpaste, just rub it on, with youre finger and then wipe it off woth a smooth material(such as glasses wipers). you could try them and see how they work or just, re-burn the CD/DVD(make a image on youre hard-drive and burn it on a new disc)

I know it is hard to believe but use the banana peel to repair the scratched parts of the CD. Just peel the banana (that's obvious ) and rub it into your CD. If this method doesn't work you could also try rubbing a liquid soap onto it, but sometimes it makes your CD unusable. However, both of these methods helped me a lot of the times. I forgot something, after rubbing the liquid soap wash the CD, but don't wash it to much as the soap helps your CD to be readable... Happy mylotting!

easiest way is to clean it with a damp soft cloth, if that doesnt work you can use T-cut the stuff you use to repair scratches on cars. It works wonders.
