Do you like meditation,

I just started doing this 2 days ago. And i will keep doing this every night after a warm bath. It helps me relax, have a good night sleep and cures depression. I been dealing with depression and anxiety, my health suffers and my boyfriend told me to try meditation. At first, i really dont know how to do it, i close my eyes but i dont feel i am relax. Then i started searching online for step by step how to meditate. I do deep breathing exercises first before meditation, this makes my self ready for concentration. And oh, really it feels so good. I feel like i am floating in the air when i did it the second time. feel like floating that i need to check my self if im still sitting in the floor haha. and yes it made me sleep better, makes me feel better and not feeling depressed. happy mylotting!

I like meditation, but I don't do it regularly. I also like doing breathing exercises and meditation because this helps to relax my mind and helps to make me stress free. I think it is good to put some good relaxing music while doing meditation.
