Printed Internet Coupons

I have been thinking about getting back into the store coupons to help us save a little money. I had quit because things were so crazy, I simply didn't have time to mess with cutting them out and organizing them. I sent Mike to the grocery store one day with two expired coupons.
I was looking at coupons.com and some of the other internet sites. But when I mentioned this on another blog site, several jumped in and said most of the department/discount/grocery stores had stopped accepting them because of fraud.
What are your thoughts? Have you used them lately? Any trouble getting your stores to take them?

I haven't had any trouble using them here. I go to King Soopers (Krogers) and Walmart mainly. Kmart took them, too, but we don't have Kmart any more. I haven't tried a department store. You might be able to dig around on their site and see if they have a policy concerning printed coupons.

Sears used to take the diaper coupons. I would use them when I bought diapers for my grandson. But I understand they don't take them unless they're preprinted by the manufacturer.
I know that our City Market has a huge sign up on their door that says, we do not accept internet coupons.

I just got something from Airmiles today, that had some store coupons in it. Good, since they are all from stores that I shop at anyway, and good for a big bunch of bonus airmiles. My husband and I are hoping to take a vacation one of these days soon, so the airmiles will be a real plus for us.

Since it accidently posted this twice, I will split up my response! LOL Let's play pretend for a minute. When you go on your vacation, where are you going to go? What's your dream trip? I have several that I'd like to take. I've never been to Colorado, Wyoming,Oregon or washington. Hubby and I would love to do an Alaskan or a Caribbean cruise. My dream-dream vacation thought would be to Ireland, Scotland and Italy.

wow! That's awesome! It is always nice to actually get the coupons that will do you some good. Most of the time the Sunday paper has a ton that I can use. But two weeks ago, my husband stopped and picked one up after church. I got them home and there was not a single coupon in there for anything that I use! I was so disappointed.
