Cheating day...?

Do you have a cheating day?My husband and i have a cheating day...Sunday!Yes on Sunday we can eat what ever we want like,pizza,greasy food,take out,drink pop...all the junk we want because we eat really healthy and work out the rest of the week.Do you have a cheating day?

i like u;r concept ,and it is good if all put it on sunday.
here as we have holiday on friday ,we go out mostly on that day for picnics or just to hotel. but we don;t call it cheating day.
by the way ,who suggested that name, u or u;r husband.instead of cheating day ,u can put eating day.it will be fine i think.
eating junk food weekly once is good.but daily eating junk food ,is not good to health.so be careful.
