I am requesting some suggestions regarding credit card. I have applied for an credit card around 3 4 months back. From that time i never got my card nor any mail which is saying my card got approved or rejected. But i got two posts. One saying my credit limit is revised to zero. I dont have card itself. Second mail saying the interest rate. When i sent them mail they are not responding properly. Can any one help me. I have read in news paper saying for rejecting any credit card application they have to give written valid reason. Is this true? Any law supporting that?

hai friend i am telling some matter in my knowledge your credit card is not approved
and for rejecting any credit card the bank must give written valid reason it is true so you can ask the bank why my credit card is rejected reasons ok

Thanks, But their customer care executive is telling that my card is approved. I have to consult card dispatch team for getting the card.

Maybe you're card was rejected. I don't know but I think that's an indication of them not wanting your business. I suggest you try to look for another credit card company and apply there. Just ignore that other credit card application and move on.
