baby fat i am trying to loose but its hard any suggestions

i don't know what else to do i tryed sit ups no luck but i do have a diease that makes me gain weight and i am 67kg i am a size 12 now before was size 1o and before that size 8 i was saying to myself i am putting weight on so please help me thanks
