Sneakers or High Heels

High heels can give backache problem which we ignore when we are young but at a later stage it leads to spondylitis or slip disc.Better to avoid high heels.

I cant wear heels. They hurt and I dont see how people can stand to walk in them. lol

Hi there, i like to wear comfortable flat shoes. I haven't wore high heels for very long time now, it would kill me to have to wear them now.

sneakers! I have two little ones and I have to be able to chase them. They are quick as lightening.

I love wearing sneakers too. It's nice to wear high heels from time to time to feel dressy and sexy. But, sneakers are so comfortable.

I prefer High Heels as I am not able to walk in Sneakers lol. But I have always worn High Heels and I feel comfortable in them.

I rather wear sneakers in the home and heels when I go out.

I pretty much have too many shoes...honestly, i'd live in FLIPFLOPS if i could get away with i. sneakers are nice, but i'd wear high heels more, cuz i can run in high heels (i wore 4 inch heels and went and chilled at georgetown university today), and im short-ish.

Um... where's barefoot? LOL If I HAVE to wear something... I'd go with sneaks.

I do not wear heals at all. I always wear my sneakers. I am always on the go and doing stuff that is usually with my kids, or with kids. High heals would not cut it for soccer or basketball practice, or for going on hikes with the kids, or things like that.

I prefer to wear sneakers since my disability. Before that I enjoyed wearing high heels. I do miss wearing them.

Sneakers as often as I can. I still rememeber Cybill Shepherd showing up at a award show wearing orange sneaks with a black velvet gown.

The only time that I've ever worn high heels is when my husband has taken me to some fancy place; those times I can count on one hand... Last time I wore a pair was to my daughter's wedding and of course, I found a pair that I adored and couldn't do without. The heels were so high that I was almost in tears when I walked down the aisle. Never, never again...lol

I'd definately wear sneakers all the time instead of those darn high heel that pinch your feet and are just a total pain in the butt. I'd wear sweatpants and sweatshirts all the time too.

I would also wear sneakers all the time if I could. Not only are they a lot more comfortable than heels, but I think that a lot of them are really cute. Cuter than a lot of heels I've seen in fact.

I hate high heels. THe only moment I get to wear high heels is when I'm attending a formal party. I'm just not comfortable in wearing it. I'm more into sneakers. I'm into sports and sneakers would really do me good. Even in my daily ordinary life, I wear sneakers more if I'm not wearing any flip flops. :)
