Morning Exercise: What do you do?

Most of us are lazy to wake up, get up in a cold morning. But morning exercises are essential to start the day right. a little stretch here and there... raise one arm, bend a little, or so. what do you do?

I don't do my exercises in the morning. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week after work hours though. I'm not a morning person and I am usually sluggish and sleepy in the morning. I'd rather workout after office hours when I am sure that my work is done for the day. I want a clear mind when engaging in exercise.
