The best method to add weight or prevent yourself from
further ill effects of under weight, is to use honey. Add
a teaspoon of honey to a cup of hot milk. stir it well and
drink. It would be more effective,if it is consumed in the evening hours. If you feel your weight
has increased drastically, stop. It is the best, economical

It is best advised to take this combination in the night before you go to bed. It adds more weight and it also strengthens you.

If you are overweight better try hot water to honey and drink it every morning. You would sure find your weight gets reduced. You could stop taking this if you find yourself too slender.

hi,
honey is one of the big medicne.some one told that,if we mix one teaspoon of honey in one cup of hot water,it will increase weight.

Hot water is for reducing weight. You should add only milk to add weight.

Try this out you would sure add some weight. Being underweight might invite many ailments. I found underweight people easily gets infected to many ailments and diseases.
