Trapped by this good look! Cannot look like this without medicine!

I've been using a medicine for two years to keep acnes and pimples from me! The problem is, if I stop taking this medicine, I cannot have the good look, you know ,that good look gives me confidence. And I don't want acnes and pimple all around my face!
If I keep taking that, I can not be pregnant or even harm the baby in the future. Though I'm still single and young, i want to know what to do!
Keep taking medicine for good looks or give the up to face up to my pimples?

Look after your health and the future!!If medicine you take has a lot of negativities stop it.Doesn't worth for looking just good!But i think that there surely exists another solution for your problem,besides this medicine!The fact that you are single does not have to do only with your look!And you say you are young ,so calm and not rush for anything.Let yourself free and all will soon come to you,without chasing anything and nobody!Good luck!
