Hi all! When I was in labor to deliver my first child, the pain was excruciating to the point of getting unbearable. I have low tolerance for pain, so you can just imagine what I went through with the induced labor from 1 cm. Anyway, that was two weeks ago. The ordeal is over. I am recovering rapidly, thanks to God’s healing touch, good nutrition, love, and support of spouse and family. And of course, there is the inspiration—our bundle of joy, who is literally a source of joy. We try to capture her every expression because she looks so cute and pretty. She is sooo treasured. I have gone through a lot for this pregnancy. At first, during the first trimester, everything was easy. But then again, I went through urolithiasis, which is having a kidney stone dislodged into my ureter, and then there were the very strong Braxton-Hicks contractions that went on for like several months and which had gotten stronger up to the last week of my pregnancy. But anyway, everything is worth it. Our baby is just sooo adorable. And we are just enjoying everyday with her. Take care all and God bless you! Happy mylotting!

Kristen - Our middle child, oldest daughter
And you will be posting pictures soon and letting us all know right? I can't wait to see her. I know what you mean about having a troubled pregnancy but ending up with a precious gift from God in the end. Our Kristen, who is now almost 20 years old was like that. But she is such a source of happiness for us now!

Ah the wonders of pregnancies and child birth. I have been through 2 pregnancies and child birth. Last one being 9 years ago. One thing for sure is that they do bring a bundle of happiness. Enjoy while they are so small because they won't be small for long. They will be running around and become teenagers. Before you know it, they will be moving out. You will sit back and wonder where all the time went. Congratulations on the news. You will have nothing but huge amount of love in your house hold
