Hi all!
When I gave birth, my mother started serving me balanced nutritious meals to speed up my recovery and to stimulate the production of breast milk. With very little amounts of calorific food, little rice, and much vegetables and high-fiber fruits, my recovery is so fast, short of saying miraculous.
I have lost weight quite fast, too. After 10 days of giving birth, I have already lost 17 of the 38 lbs that I gained during pregnancy. Although it sounds nice, I still have 21 lbs more to lose.
Anyway, these are not all the things that I noticed. I also noticed that my cravings for different kinds of foods stopped. Whereas I used to say, “hmmm….i think I would like hamburger, or pizza, or shake, or whatever” I don’t even agree whenever my husband would invite me to eat something. I would not eat snacks even if invited. It seemed that I am always full and satisfied, and this is considering that I breastfeed my baby in part.
In the past, I would eat three meals and two snacks, and sometimes, I do get to eat midnight snacks. But not anymore, even if I wake up many times throughout the night to feed the baby or change her diapers.
I think it is soooo cool that I no longer have cravings. This will make my weight loss go faster.
So this is my advice, if you want to get rid of your cravings, eat a balanced diet.
Take care all and God bless you!
Happy mylotting!
